Shipping policy
Shipping Rate Increase Effective February 2020:
First class shipping $3.50-$4.00/Priority mail $7.50-$8.00 over 16 oz.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.
Items are shipped out within 2-4 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, or USPS conditions out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping (Pick up in person):
You may choose the free shipping option only if you are local to the Norman, Oklahoma area and know that you will be able to pick up your order in person. If you choose this option you are responsible for contacting us to pick up your order. If you need your order shipped you must select standard or priority shipping, not free shipping, as it is for pick up in person only. If you do not pay for shipping charges we will have to invoice you for payment before proceeding to fulfill your order.
