Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for store credit only. All returned items from customer must be sent back and received by Tribe & True Threads within 15 days of original ship date to customer. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached if applicable. Original shipping charge is non-refundable and customer is responsible for paying any return shipping fees. Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as custom made to order items, or final sale items. We do not cancel orders for any reason.
